Unfortunately, due to the nature of sunscreen, we don't currently offer returns, exchanges or refunds.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you choose the correct hat size, as all sizes are listed on the hats product page. If you need to exchange it for a different size, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
We strive to provide the best shipping practices, but issues can arise once the package leaves our facility.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and reach out to us right away if you notice any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was sent. This will allow us to assess the situation and arrange for a replacement.
If your item is damaged, please take a photo and email us at hello@sunanddaughter.com.au along with your order number within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for used products.
